Tri-Cities Industrial Warehouse Project
In June of 2021, American Rock Products received bid requests for two related industrial warehouse projects that were 1M+ square foot tilt-up structures with one building containing 250k square feet of mezzanine deck.
Prosser High School
This project involved providing 4500 cy of cast-in-place concrete, installing exterior walls with precast panels up to 50’ tall, providing 100 yards of lightweight on the roof and the mezzanine. Lastly, American Rock Products polished floors throughout the school.
